By using Estel Global Travels services, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully before making any booking request.
1. About Our Services
Estel Global Travels is a travel consultancy that facilitates flight bookings, hotel reservations, and corporate travel management on behalf of clients. We act as an agent between you and airlines, hotels, and other travel service providers. We are not the airline, hotel, or transport operator, and are not liable for their service delivery, cancellations, or changes.
2. Booking Process
All bookings are initiated through client enquiries via WhatsApp, email, or our contact form. A booking is only confirmed once full payment has been received and a confirmation has been sent to you. We will always show you pricing before any payment is requested.
3. Payments
We accept M-Pesa, bank transfer, and card payments. Service fees are charged in addition to the cost of flights and hotels and will be communicated clearly at the time of your quote.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellation policies are set by the airline or hotel, not by Estel Global Travels.
- Our service fees are non-refundable once a booking has been confirmed.
- We will assist you in processing refunds or rebookings where the provider allows it.
- We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover cancellations.
5. Visa and Travel Documents
It is the responsibility of the traveler to ensure they hold valid travel documents. We offer general guidance but are not liable for denied boarding or entry due to missing or invalid documents.
6. Liability
Estel Global Travels is not responsible for flight delays, cancellations, lost luggage, hotel issues, or any circumstances beyond our control. Our liability is limited to the service fee paid to us.
